Thrivent has made it easy for all fraternal & benefit members to get support to make an impact in their church and community. This new volunteer program is about encouraging others to get involved, take action and serve. Thrivent provides $250 of seed money to help cover some of the project and promotional costs; each member can sponsor up to two events per year. It's not to be used as a gift or a grant.

One team, in a community of only 50 people drew in 500 people to a fundraiser – potluck and auction – to help a local woman facing surgery. The Thrivent Action Team volunteers grew the seed money of $250 and turned it into more than $73,000. What would you like to do with your seed money?
