Vacation Bible School July 17 – 20, 2023
July 17 @ 9:00 am - July 20 @ 3:00 pm
VBS, which is right around the corner – July 17-July 20 from 9am-3pm!
Your child will need to bring a sack lunch and a water bottle with them each day. We will
provide a snack in the morning which will include a fun themed snack and a drink
This year we will have themed dress up days as follows:
Monday – Tie Dye
Tuesday – USA
Wednesday – Wacky /Mismatched
Thursday – Hat Day
The morning activities and Bible lessons will be led by some awesome EWALU staff!
Then we will spend the afternoon doing some special events like:
Monday-tie dye bags,
Tuesday – geocaching at Twin Ponds,
Wednesday – water games
Thursday – Mikkelson Park.
(These are all tentative and subject to change depending on weather!) If you are able
to chaperone at any of these special afternoon activities (ESPECIALLY TWIN
PONDS ON TUESDAY from approximately 12:30-2:30), please let me know. We
could always use more volunteers throughout the week so let me know if you or an
older child can help out, even if it’s only for a few hours in the morning or afternoon.
We will also have our family pool night on Monday, July 17 from 4:30-6:30 during open
swim. Trinity will be handing out coupons for the concession stands.
A family night is scheduled for Thursday, July 20 at 6:30pm to showcase some of the
songs and fun things the campers have learned about at VBS. We will have a potluck
that night.
